October 2019 Nacelle

Berks Branch TOMCC Nacelle Report – October 2019
It’s summertime and the living is easy!!! The Branch stand was flying the flag at the Popham Megameet. We had a group ride-out to the show and there was a great turnout of members and some really interesting bikes on display on the Branch stand.
A couple of other Branch members went to the Newbury Retro Festival. They met Henry Cole and even took a couple of selfies with him. One of them also snapped a picture of his Thunderbird parked by a Spitfire!!!
We had a lot of runs in August. There was a run to the H Café near Berinsfield, a run to the Motorcycle Megastore in Swindon, a Monday evening run to East Hagbourne Bike Night and a Tuesday evening trip toThatcham Bike Night at the King’s Head. On August Bank Holiday Monday, a group rode out to the Artyard Café near Chipping Norton.
Our runs are now arranged through both a Facebook Group and a Whatsapp Group. Details of each run are posted on both, so you can use either. If you are a Branch member and want to know about the latest runs, why not ask to join one of the groups by dropping an email to tomccberksruns@btinternet.com. We’ll be organising some more runs while the weather holds out so come along.
And don’t forget we meet every Thursday at the BCSA to drink and chat about motorbikes. It’s a great way to spend an evening. So C’mon Everybody!!
Keep on rolling!
